Ambiti8n

Ambiti8n is a federated AI integration pilot within IPCEI-CIS, developed by eight European organisations across Italy, Poland, Slovenia, and Hungary under WorkStream 3 of the 8ra Initiative. 

The platform addresses a core challenge across European industry: how to train and deploy AI models on sensitive data that cannot be centralised, must comply with national and European law, and cannot cross borders freely. Ambiti8n's answer is architectural. The AI model travels to the data, not the other way around. Training happens locally. Insights are shared. Raw data never moves. 

Built in four months and demonstrated live at the 8ra Annual Summit 2026 in Rotterdam, Ambiti8n delivers a production-ready 13-component stack spanning federated learning, edge inference, sovereign cloud inference, EU AI Act governance, and multi-cloud orchestration. 

Healthcare is the first validated vertical. The architecture is sector-agnostic by design.
